Este acto, registrado bajo el n\u00famero 2024-01880819 en los registros p\u00fablicos, marca un hito crucial en el desarrollo sostenible de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El presidente de la Comunidad, en nombre de sus miembros, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este gesto para el futuro no solo de su comunidad sino tambi\u00e9n para todo Abancay, enfatizando que la entrega del terreno permitir\u00e1 implementar una gesti\u00f3n integral de residuos s\u00f3lidos, beneficiando directamente a todos los ciudadanos. \u201cEsta entrega es un acto de compromiso y progreso para nuestra comunidad,\u201d afirm\u00f3 el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, expresando su profundo agradecimiento por el apoyo decisivo de la Comunidad de Juan Velasco Alvarado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El documento administrativo entregado por el presidente de la Comunidad legitima el terreno de Saywapampa para el derecho de uso y superficie en un \u00e1rea de 24 hect\u00e1reas con un per\u00edmetro de 2100 metros lineales por un periodo no menor a 20 a\u00f1os a favor de MPA, detallando todas las determinaciones, limitaciones y colindancias necesarias para el proyecto. Acompa\u00f1ado de un plano topogr\u00e1fico y una memoria descriptiva, este documento confirma la idoneidad del terreno para la construcci\u00f3n de la planta.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se subray\u00f3 la urgencia de obtener las facultades para invertir en el proyecto y avanzar con las gestiones ante el Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM). \u00abEs crucial iniciar cuanto antes la construcci\u00f3n de la planta para abordar eficazmente la gesti\u00f3n de residuos en nuestra ciudad,\u00bb declar\u00f3 el alcalde. No obstante, acot\u00f3 que el proyecto, valorado en m\u00e1s de 25 millones de soles, requiere la colaboraci\u00f3n activa del concejo municipal y el apoyo adicional del MINAM ante el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) para su financiamiento e implementaci\u00f3n completa. El burgomaestre asegur\u00f3 que se solicitar\u00e1n los recursos necesarios para garantizar el \u00e9xito del proyecto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Adem\u00e1s, se aclar\u00f3 frente a las autoridades presentes en la sesi\u00f3n que el Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM) ha verificado el terreno y ha informado con documentos que es adecuado para la construcci\u00f3n del proyecto. Asimismo, se enfatiz\u00f3 frente a lo expresado por algunas autoridades a la prensa que nunca hubo temas de corrupci\u00f3n, ya que el acuerdo de entregar el terreno fue un\u00e1nime en una asamblea general realizada en Saywapampa, y no hubo d\u00e1divas involucradas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Finalmente, la votaci\u00f3n en el concejo municipal result\u00f3 en una mayor\u00eda a favor de otorgarle al alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a las facultades necesarias para formalizar la escritura p\u00fablica del derecho de uso y superficie ante notario y registros p\u00fablicos. Dos regidores, M\u00f3nica Giraldez y Juvenal Condoma, votaron en contra, mientras que Gloria Sierra y Gladys G\u00f3mez se abstuvieron.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
