Este importante acto cont\u00f3 con la destacada presencia del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, distinguidas autoridades locales y regionales, y el General PNP Francisco Vargas Andonayre.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
