\"\u2705\"<\/span>Desde temprano, los manifestantes se congregaron en las principales arterias de la ciudad, acompa\u00f1ados por gremios locales, las Juntas Administradoras de Servicios de Saneamiento – JASS, el Comit\u00e9 de Riego y los gremios de Construcci\u00f3n Civil. La protesta exigi\u00f3 la derogaci\u00f3n inmediata del decreto y llam\u00f3 al gobierno regional y a la municipalidad a continuar con las obras esenciales para el desarrollo comunitario.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El alcalde de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, se uni\u00f3 a la movilizaci\u00f3n desde el frontis de la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), expresando su apoyo a las demandas ciudadanas. En su discurso, el alcalde abord\u00f3 las preocupaciones sobre la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras y la generaci\u00f3n de empleo. \u00abEscuchamos el clamor del pueblo que pide m\u00e1s obras y trabajo. Estamos enfrentando circunstancias dif\u00edciles\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El burgomaestre explic\u00f3 que los fondos del FONCOMUN, que en 2022 ascend\u00edan a 12 millones de soles anuales, se han reducido a 7 millones en la actualidad, representando una p\u00e9rdida de 5 millones de soles anuales. Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la disminuci\u00f3n del canon minero, dando como resultado una reducci\u00f3n de ingresos de menos de 20 millones de soles para este a\u00f1o 2024. \u00abA pesar de estos retos y desaf\u00edos seguimos adelante\u00bb, concluy\u00f3 el alcalde, reafirmando su compromiso con la comunidad y subrayando entre muchas otras iniciativas, la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos y la inauguraci\u00f3n de 7 obras antes de culminar el a\u00f1o.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Al finalizar su discurso el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a calific\u00f3 el Decreto Legislativo N\u00b01620 de abusivo, destacando que \u00abel agua es un derecho fundamental y no permitiremos que se mercantilice. Estamos aqu\u00ed para exigir la derogaci\u00f3n de este decreto y garantizar un acceso libre y justo al agua.\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La movilizaci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica de hoy demostr\u00f3 la unidad del pueblo de Abancay en la defensa de sus derechos y recursos, y la firmeza del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a en respaldar las demandas de su comunidad. La lucha por el agua y por una gesti\u00f3n justa y eficiente de los recursos sigue siendo una prioridad para la provincia.<\/div>\n
