\"\u2705\"<\/span>Este proyecto no solo incluye la adquisici\u00f3n de equipos modernos de panificaci\u00f3n como divisoras, amasadoras, mesas de acero inoxidable, laminadoras, cortadoras, coches, exhibidores y batidoras sino tambi\u00e9n la implementaci\u00f3n de asistencia t\u00e9cnica especializada. Esto abarca desde t\u00e9cnicas de producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de panes hasta el control de calidad, asegurando que la Asociaci\u00f3n Misky Tanta ofrezca productos de panader\u00eda de la m\u00e1s alta calidad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Recientemente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una capacitaci\u00f3n crucial en Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas de Manufactura (BPM) en el Centro Poblado Casinchihua. La formaci\u00f3n, dirigida a los socios de la Asociaci\u00f3n Misky Tanta, fue supervisada por el Ing. Luis Miguel Tueros Aguilar y coordinada por el Ing. Manuel Donovan Ramos D\u00edaz. Este entrenamiento tiene como objetivo garantizar que los productos elaborados cumplan con estrictos est\u00e1ndares sanitarios y sean seguros para el consumo.<\/div>\n
