\"\u2705\"<\/span>Nuestra ciudad fue escenario del esperado inicio del Mun\u00ed-Ejecutivo Territorial, una iniciativa liderada por la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Descentralizaci\u00f3n. Este importante encuentro, desarrollado en la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apur\u00edmac (UNAMBA), reuni\u00f3 a autoridades locales, regionales y representantes del Gobierno central, con el fin de fortalecer la articulaci\u00f3n intergubernamental y garantizar la continuidad de inversiones en la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Con la participaci\u00f3n del alcalde de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, el gobernador regional Apur\u00edmac y viceministros de sectores clave como Gobernanza territorial representado por Juan Haro Mu\u00f1oz, y otros ministerios, el evento se centr\u00f3 en el establecimiento de acciones y potenciales acuerdos que promuevan el desarrollo territorial y atiendan las necesidades urgentes de la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El burgomaestre Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de este encuentro como un espacio clave para enfrentar las dificultades burocr\u00e1ticas que frenan el avance de proyectos fundamentales en nuestra provincia. En su intervenci\u00f3n, expres\u00f3: \u201cLos alcaldes somos la primera l\u00ednea de contacto con la poblaci\u00f3n, y enfrentamos el reto diario de responder a las demandas de nuestra poblaci\u00f3n con recursos limitados\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, hizo especial \u00e9nfasis en las dificultades que actualmente afectan el avance de importantes proyectos en Abancay. \u201cExisten ciertos decretos que no nos permiten avanzar. Por ejemplo, tenemos siete (7) laudos arbitrales que bloquean la revisi\u00f3n de expedientes t\u00e9cnicos cruciales para obras de saneamiento b\u00e1sico, proyectos que est\u00e1n detenidos debido a controversias en arbitraje, lo cual impide su ejecuci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, llamando a la necesidad de flexibilizar las normativas que traban la gesti\u00f3n municipal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En conclusi\u00f3n, el evento permiti\u00f3 que las autoridades expusieran de manera directa sus preocupaciones y propuestas a los viceministros presentes, generando un di\u00e1logo productivo que promete resultados concretos en el corto plazo.<\/div>\n
