\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>En un contundente operativo, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), a trav\u00e9s de su Subgerencia de Desarrollo Urbano, realiz\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de una construcci\u00f3n ilegal que afectaba una zona verde en la intersecci\u00f3n de las avenidas Malvinas, Jr. Amazonas y Jr. Montevideo en el Cp. las Am\u00e9ricas. El acto ilegal consist\u00eda en la instalaci\u00f3n de un cerco perim\u00e9trico y una edificaci\u00f3n dentro de un \u00e1rea destinada para el uso p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>Conforme a la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 07-2019-CR-MPA, los funcionarios ediles inspeccionaron toda el \u00e1rea y constataron la presencia de materiales de construcci\u00f3n, calaminas y herramientas, confirmando la ocupaci\u00f3n ilegal del terreno. Adem\u00e1s, vecinos del sector apoyaron la intervenci\u00f3n, asegurando que este terreno ya hab\u00eda sido objeto de intentos previos de invasi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>Este accionar cont\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n del cuerpo de Serenazgo, logrando desmantelar el cerco y las estructuras no autorizadas en merito a la normativa municipal. Los encargados de la Subgerencia de Desarrollo Urbano, expresaron que estas intervenciones son fundamentales para garantizar que el crecimiento de la ciudad se realice de manera ordenada y respetuosa. A\u00f1adieron que son vitales para la planificaci\u00f3n urbana y que de ning\u00fan modo se debe permitir que sean invadidas ilegalmente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>El operativo, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo entre las 8 y las 11 de la noche de ayer, concluy\u00f3 con \u00e9xito, sin mayores incidentes, gracias a la coordinaci\u00f3n con los vecinos y las fuerzas del orden. La intervenci\u00f3n es parte de una estrategia integral de la MPA para mantener el orden territorial y proteger las \u00e1reas verdes, en beneficio del desarrollo de la ciudad.<\/div>\n
