\"\u2705\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) desarroll\u00f3 la 2da Audiencia P\u00fablica de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas del 2024 en el Auditorio de la Casa de la Cultura. Durante el evento, las autoridades municipales, encabezadas por el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, presentaron un informe detallado sobre la ejecuci\u00f3n del presupuesto, los avances en obras y proyectos, as\u00ed como las principales dificultades enfrentadas en la gesti\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s destacados del informe fue el anuncio de la ejecuci\u00f3n de 11 obras de infraestructura que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo y que se espera concluir antes de fin de a\u00f1o. Estas obras se suman a las m\u00e1s de 30 que la actual administraci\u00f3n ha entregado en sus 21 meses de gesti\u00f3n. Entre las iniciativas se incluyen la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas pistas y veredas, as\u00ed como mejoras en la infraestructura de riego para la agricultura y la cosecha de agua en varios sectores. Tambi\u00e9n se ha avanzado en la preparaci\u00f3n de perfiles y nuevos expedientes t\u00e9cnicos para proyectos de desarrollo local.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Adem\u00e1s, se inform\u00f3 sobre el proceso de liquidaci\u00f3n que el municipio ha estado realizando con 122 proyectos pendientes, de un total de m\u00e1s de 198 que se arrastran desde 2010. Esta situaci\u00f3n ha complicado la gesti\u00f3n de financiamiento para futuras inversiones y proyectos, un desaf\u00edo significativo que ha tenido que enfrentar la administraci\u00f3n del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Otra parte destacable durante la audiencia fue la concreci\u00f3n del acuerdo con la Comunidad de Juan Velasco Alvarado, que permiti\u00f3 el registro y luego la entrega de un terreno de 24 hect\u00e1reas al Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM) para la preparaci\u00f3n del expediente t\u00e9cnico y la construcci\u00f3n de la futura Planta de Tratamiento de Residuos S\u00f3lidos en Sayhuapampa, una obra fundamental para mejorar la gesti\u00f3n de los desechos en la ciudad y asegurar un entorno m\u00e1s limpio y saludable.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En lo que respecta a la seguridad ciudadana, se destac\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n de drones y c\u00e1maras de vigilancia, as\u00ed como el aumento del personal destinado a las labores de patrullaje. Estas medidas han reforzado la capacidad de respuesta ante situaciones de emergencia y mejorado la seguridad en los barrios. Asimismo, la audiencia sirvi\u00f3 para informar sobre el trabajo en la atenci\u00f3n de emergencias, a trav\u00e9s de la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo de desastres como, incendios forestales y urbanos, y la asistencia a las poblaciones m\u00e1s vulnerables frente a las bajas temperaturas. Las acciones preventivas y de apoyo han sido una prioridad para la gesti\u00f3n municipal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En el \u00e1mbito social, se resaltaron los esfuerzos realizados para mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias de Abancay, con iniciativas de empadronamiento, programas de asistencia alimentaria. M\u00e1s de 8350 personas se han beneficiado este a\u00f1o con el suministro de alimentos, y oportunidades educativas para j\u00f3venes a trav\u00e9s de la Pre-Muni Abancay, que permiti\u00f3 en tres fases el ingreso de 38 j\u00f3venes a las principales universidades gracias a los programas educativos municipales. Por otro lado, se han realizado mejoras importantes en los sistemas de agua potable en zonas rurales y se ha promovido el reciclaje con m\u00faltiples campa\u00f1as de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y jornadas de limpieza, movilizando a la comunidad para contribuir a un entorno m\u00e1s saludable y sostenible.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>A pesar de los recortes presupuestarios que hemos enfrentado debido a la reducci\u00f3n del FONCOMUN y el CANON MINERO, lo que representa 46.5 millones de soles menos para la MPA en comparaci\u00f3n con a\u00f1os anteriores, la gesti\u00f3n del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a ha logrado optimizar recursos y planificar cuidadosamente cada acci\u00f3n, lo que ha permitido mantener en marcha varios proyectos de vital importancia para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La audiencia cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de vecinos, dirigentes sociales y representantes de diversas organizaciones de base, quienes presentaron sus inquietudes y comentarios, los cuales fueron atendidos por las autoridades. Con este espacio de di\u00e1logo y transparencia, la Municipalidad de Abancay reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con el desarrollo y el bienestar de la ciudad, destacando que el esfuerzo conjunto entre autoridades y ciudadan\u00eda ser\u00e1 clave para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos futuros.<\/div>\n
