\"\u2705\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) ha recibido una invitaci\u00f3n formal para participar en la firma de un nuevo acuerdo de cooperaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica con el Programa de Fortalecimiento de la Gesti\u00f3n de Finanzas P\u00fablicas Subnacional (GFP Subnacional) de la Cooperaci\u00f3n Suiza \u2013 SECO, implementado por el Basel Institute on Governance. Este evento marca un nuevo hito en la colaboraci\u00f3n entre Abancay y el Gobierno Suizo para seguir fortaleciendo la gesti\u00f3n de las finanzas p\u00fablicas de la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El alcalde de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n por la invitaci\u00f3n, destacando que la firma de este convenio permitir\u00e1 al municipio consolidar los avances logrados en las fases anteriores del programa y continuar mejorando la eficiencia y transparencia en la administraci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La ceremonia de firma se realizar\u00e1 en la Residencia del Embajador de Suiza en Lima y contar\u00e1 con la presencia del Director Global de la Cooperaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica de la Secretar\u00eda de Estado para Asuntos Econ\u00f3micos de Suiza, embajador Dominique Paravicini, as\u00ed como de otras autoridades y representantes de los gobiernos subnacionales beneficiarios del programa.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante la primera y segunda fase del Programa GFP Subnacional, la MPA ha trabajado activamente en \u00e1reas como la recaudaci\u00f3n tributaria, la planificaci\u00f3n de inversiones y el control interno. Gracias a estos esfuerzos, se logr\u00f3 una optimizaci\u00f3n en la ejecuci\u00f3n del presupuesto y una mejora en la calidad de los servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El Programa GFP Subnacional busca fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n de las finanzas p\u00fablicas en 11 gobiernos subnacionales del Per\u00fa, incluyendo 5 municipalidades provinciales y 6 gobiernos regionales, a trav\u00e9s de capacitaci\u00f3n y asistencia t\u00e9cnica. Con esta tercera fase, que se extender\u00e1 hasta el 2028, se espera continuar promoviendo el desarrollo y bienestar de los ciudadanos de Abancay y del pa\u00eds en general.<\/div>\n
