\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span> En un firme compromiso con el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de la provincia, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) ha aprobado un presupuesto de S\/ 1,288,530.23 (UN MILL\u00d3N DOSCIENTOS OCHENTA Y OCHO MIL QUINIENTOS TREINTA CON 23\/100 SOLES), destinado a fortalecer la competitividad productiva de los peque\u00f1os y medianos productores locales a trav\u00e9s del programa Procompite II. La aprobaci\u00f3n, respaldada por el Acuerdo de Concejo Municipal N\u00b0 062-2024-CM\/MPA, fue adoptada en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del consejo, presidida por el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a.<\/div>\n
El fondo, que ser\u00e1 administrado por la Subgerencia de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico Local (SGDEL), tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la capacidad de los productores mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de planes de negocio, asistencia t\u00e9cnica especializada y la introducci\u00f3n de mejoras tecnol\u00f3gicas en sectores clave como el agropecuario. Esta inversi\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 a los productores locales optimizar sus procesos y aumentar su competitividad en el mercado, generando mayores ingresos y estabilidad econ\u00f3mica para la provincia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span> Esta inversi\u00f3n se enmarca en el art\u00edculo 5\u00b0 del Reglamento de la Ley N\u00b0 29337, aprobado mediante Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 103-2012, que regula la autorizaci\u00f3n de las Procompite a nivel regional y municipal. Seg\u00fan esta normativa, la asignaci\u00f3n presupuestal para cofinanciar las propuestas productivas no debe exceder el 10% de los recursos presupuestarios destinados a proyectos, con excepci\u00f3n de aquellos orientados a actividades de capacitaci\u00f3n y transferencia asistencial en el marco del Programa de Productividad y Competitividad. Esto garantiza una administraci\u00f3n eficiente y responsable de los fondos p\u00fablicos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span> Las iniciativas de Apoyo a la Competitividad Productiva son implementadas mediante procesos concursables en cada periodo presupuestal, bajo la responsabilidad de la MPA. Estas iniciativas deben ser incluidas en los planes de desarrollo, operativos y presupuestos anuales, y su ejecuci\u00f3n se realiza siguiendo procedimientos establecidos, sin permitir la entrega directa de dinero ni el financiamiento de operaciones o mantenimiento. Asimismo, no se les aplica la normativa del Sistema Nacional de Programaci\u00f3n Multianual y Gesti\u00f3n de Inversiones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span> Dicho financiamiento cubrir\u00e1 la adquisici\u00f3n de insumos, equipamiento y tecnolog\u00eda, lo que permitir\u00e1 a los productores mejorar tanto la calidad como la cantidad de su producci\u00f3n, con miras a expandir su participaci\u00f3n en el mercado regional y nacional. Al respecto, el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u00abEsta inversi\u00f3n refleja nuestro compromiso con el desarrollo productivo de la provincia. Queremos que nuestros productores tengan todas las herramientas necesarias para ser m\u00e1s competitivos y generar mejores ingresos para sus familias y la comunidad.\u00bb<\/div>\n
Esta acci\u00f3n forma parte de una pol\u00edtica m\u00e1s amplia de la MPA para impulsar la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica postpandemia en la provincia: \u00abCon esta medida, no solo respaldamos a los productores, sino que tambi\u00e9n generamos empleos y dinamizamos el mercado local.\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span> Se espera que la ejecuci\u00f3n de los proyectos comience en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, con un seguimiento cercano por parte de las \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas de la municipalidad, asegurando as\u00ed el uso eficiente y transparente de los recursos. La inversi\u00f3n no solo beneficiar\u00e1 a los productores, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1 al crecimiento sostenible de la provincia de Abancay.<\/div>\n
