\"\u2705\"<\/span>Ante la creciente preocupaci\u00f3n por la propuesta de demolici\u00f3n del Hospital Guillermo D\u00edaz de la Vega, el \u00fanico establecimiento de salud de nivel II-2 en la regi\u00f3n Apur\u00edmac, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una reuni\u00f3n en la Casa de la Cultura. Este encuentro reuni\u00f3 a ciudadanos, gremios locales, la congresista Elizabeth Taipe Coronado, el alcalde de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, regidores municipales y diversas organizaciones de la sociedad civil.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La problem\u00e1tica radica en la decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno Regional de Apur\u00edmac y el Programa Nacional de Inversiones en Salud (PRONIS) de demoler este hospital, clave para m\u00e1s de 450,000 habitantes de la regi\u00f3n, y reemplazarlo con un hospital de contingencia en el sector de Maucacalle. Dicho terreno, con capacidad significativamente menor y riesgos geol\u00f3gicos, genera preocupaci\u00f3n en la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a fue enf\u00e1tico al expresar:<\/div>\n
\u00abAbancay no est\u00e1 en contra de un hospital de nivel III-1, estamos en contra de la destrucci\u00f3n de nuestro \u00fanico hospital. Este no es un reclamo pol\u00edtico, es un reclamo t\u00e9cnico y social. Queremos garantizar la salud del pueblo con la compra de un nuevo terreno para la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo hospital. No voy a permitir que se destruya nuestro hospital, sin importar el costo pol\u00edtico, porque defender\u00e9 la voluntad del pueblo.\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Adem\u00e1s, el burgomaestre se comprometi\u00f3 a gestionar la asignaci\u00f3n de un nuevo terreno para la construcci\u00f3n de un hospital moderno y convoc\u00f3 a una marcha pac\u00edfica programada para el 26 de noviembre, en defensa de los intereses de la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El Hospital Guillermo D\u00edaz de la Vega, construido sobre m\u00e1s de 38,000 m2, ofrece servicios esenciales como UCI, salud mental y banco de sangre, y su demolici\u00f3n dejar\u00eda a la poblaci\u00f3n en una situaci\u00f3n de alta vulnerabilidad, adem\u00e1s de afectar a m\u00e1s de 1,000 trabajadores del sector salud.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, los participantes expresaron su rechazo a este proyecto, cuestionando la falta de transparencia en el manejo de un presupuesto superior a los 1,000 millones de soles. La poblaci\u00f3n exige que se reconsideren los planes, priorizando la salud y el bienestar de la regi\u00f3n, y manifiesta su compromiso de vigilar de cerca las decisiones que puedan afectar la calidad del servicio de salud en Apur\u00edmac.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
