\"\u2705\"<\/span>En una decisi\u00f3n trascendental para el desarrollo de la salud p\u00fablica en Apur\u00edmac, el Concejo Municipal de la Provincia de Abancay aprob\u00f3, por mayor\u00eda, la disposici\u00f3n pol\u00edtica liderada por el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez para gestionar la viabilidad del terreno del Camal Municipal, con m\u00e1s de 3.5 hect\u00e1reas de extensi\u00f3n, como espacio para el futuro Hospital Regional Guillermo D\u00edaz de la Vega de nivel resolutivo III.1. Esta medida responde al clamor de la sociedad civil que exige una mejora sustancial en la infraestructura de salud de la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, el pleno del concejo respald\u00f3 la petici\u00f3n de los representantes de la sociedad civil, para que el Programa Nacional de Inversiones en Salud (PRONIS) verifique si el terreno cumple con los criterios t\u00e9cnicos y normativos exigidos por el sector salud. De obtenerse una evaluaci\u00f3n favorable, se concretar\u00eda la donaci\u00f3n del terreno por parte de la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay, marcando un hito hist\u00f3rico para la ciudad y la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Ramiro Bueno Quino, secretario del Frente de Defensa Pro Construcci\u00f3n del Hospital Guillermo D\u00edaz de la Vega, destac\u00f3 la relevancia de esta decisi\u00f3n: \u201cUn hospital regional nivel III.1 es un anhelo de toda la poblaci\u00f3n apurime\u00f1a, pues permitir\u00e1 una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica especializada y de alta calidad. Este proyecto representa una mejora sustancial en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de salud en la regi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Sin embargo, Bueno Quino expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por la propuesta de construir un hospital de contingencia en la zona alta de Maucacalle, con una inversi\u00f3n de 36 millones de soles. Seg\u00fan indic\u00f3, este hospital provisional de Contingencia no cubrir\u00eda ni el 10% de la capacidad operativa del actual Hospital Guillermo D\u00edaz de la Vega, un centro asistencial de nivel II.2 que ha recibido m\u00e1s de 300 millones de soles en IOARR para mejoras y equipos especializados.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u201cEs inadmisible que se proponga trasladar todos los servicios a un hospital provisional, sacrificando la \u00fanica infraestructura docente-asistencial de referencia en nuestra regi\u00f3n. Esto no solo afectar\u00e1 a los pacientes de Abancay, sino a toda Apur\u00edmac, y podr\u00eda derivar en el riesgo de obras paralizadas como ha ocurrido en otras regiones\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La aprobaci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con el voto favorable de siete regidores: Alain Espinoza Robles, Vilma Serrano Utani, Gladys G\u00f3mez Gamboa, Carlos Vera Hurtado, Astrid Huam\u00e1n Montes, Marcelino Montes Aguilar y Myriam Herrera Valdivia. Por otro lado, las regidoras M\u00f3nica Gir\u00e1ldez Llerena, Gloria Sierra Mendoza y el regidor Juvenal Condoma R\u00edos optaron por la abstenci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Esta decisi\u00f3n no solo reafirma el compromiso de nuestro alcalde y el concejo provincial de Abancay con la salud y el bienestar de su poblaci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n abre la puerta a una inversi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que podr\u00eda cambiar el futuro de la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en Apur\u00edmac.<\/div>\n
