\"\u2705\"<\/span>En un hecho sin precedentes para la regi\u00f3n Apur\u00edmac, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) y el Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcci\u00f3n y Saneamiento (MVCS) han iniciado la implementaci\u00f3n del primer pool de maquinaria pesada, como parte del convenio suscrito para la creaci\u00f3n de la Unidad B\u00e1sica Operativa (UBO-Abancay). Este logro, resultado de las gestiones del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, marca un paso trascendental en la atenci\u00f3n inmediata de emergencias y en la prevenci\u00f3n de desastres naturales.<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>El convenio contempla la dotaci\u00f3n de 14 m\u00e1quinas especializadas, de las cuales ya se encuentran listas y operativas 7 unidades en la provincia. Estas incluyen excavadoras, cargadores frontales y volquetes, que se suman al pool de maquinarias que la MPA a trav\u00e9s de la Subgerencia de Maquinaria Pesada procedi\u00f3 a rescatar y revitalizar despu\u00e9s de varias d\u00e9cadas de abandono por anteriores gestiones. Estas ser\u00e1n utilizadas para labores cr\u00edticas como la limpieza y descolmataci\u00f3n de r\u00edos y quebradas, as\u00ed como la apertura y mantenimiento de trochas carrozables.<\/div>\n
INICIO DE INTERVENCIONES PREVENTIVAS:<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>A partir del 3 de diciembre, a trav\u00e9s del UBO-Abancay realizar\u00e1 la primera intervenci\u00f3n preventiva en la quebrada de Chinchichaca, cubriendo m\u00e1s de 1.3 kil\u00f3metros. Esta labor contar\u00e1 inicialmente con un equipo conformado por (4) volquetes, (1) excavadora y (1) cargador frontal proporcionados por el MVCS. La limpieza y descolmataci\u00f3n de esta zona busca reducir riesgos de inundaciones en esta \u00e9poca de lluvia y garantizar la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n. Posteriormente, estas acciones se replicar\u00e1n en otros sectores cr\u00edticos de la provincia, consolidando una estrategia integral de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n
BENEFICIOS ESTRAT\u00c9GICOS PARA LA REGI\u00d3N:<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>La creaci\u00f3n de la UBO-Abancay responde a la necesidad de contar con un centro operativo aut\u00f3nomo en la regi\u00f3n, que permita reducir costos y tiempos de respuesta frente a emergencias. Antes de esta implementaci\u00f3n, Apur\u00edmac depend\u00eda de la movilizaci\u00f3n de maquinaria desde Cusco, lo que retrasaba las intervenciones en situaciones cr\u00edticas. Con la nueva UBO, Abancay se posiciona como un referente en gesti\u00f3n del riesgo de desastres, garantizando la protecci\u00f3n y el bienestar de sus ciudadanos.<\/div>\n
RECONOCIMIENTO AL TRABAJO CONJUNTO:<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>Este avance no habr\u00eda sido posible sin el compromiso del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez y el apoyo del MVCS, representado por el director ejecutivo del Programa Nuestras Ciudades, Ing. Jos\u00e9 Carlos Panta Alama, y otros destacados funcionarios. La colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional asegura que la regi\u00f3n cuente con herramientas y recursos esenciales para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos clim\u00e1ticos y geol\u00f3gicos que afectan a las comunidades.<\/div>\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>Con la UBO-Abancay en funcionamiento y el inicio de las primeras intervenciones, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay reafirma su compromiso con el desarrollo sostenible y la seguridad de su poblaci\u00f3n, destac\u00e1ndose como un modelo de gesti\u00f3n eficiente en la regi\u00f3n Apur\u00edmac.<\/div>\n
