\"\u2705\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) informa que, al cierre del a\u00f1o 2024, la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan Regulador de Rutas Urbanas (PRR), dise\u00f1ado para modernizar y ordenar el servicio de transporte p\u00fablico en la provincia, ha alcanzado un avance del 70%. Este logro refleja el compromiso de la gesti\u00f3n municipal a pesar de las dificultades encontradas a lo largo del proceso.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante este a\u00f1o, se realizaron actividades fundamentales como la socializaci\u00f3n del PRR con transportistas y la poblaci\u00f3n, lo que permiti\u00f3 recoger observaciones y generar consensos. Tambi\u00e9n se llevaron a cabo estudios t\u00e9cnicos que incluyeron la reestructuraci\u00f3n de algunos trazados de rutas, la actualizaci\u00f3n de paraderos y datos, as\u00ed como el fortalecimiento del proceso de fiscalizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, las bases para la concesi\u00f3n de rutas presentan un progreso del 80%, marcando un paso decisivo hacia la regulaci\u00f3n definitiva del sistema de transporte.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Sin embargo, el camino no ha sido sencillo. Se enfrentaron obst\u00e1culos como denuncias infundadas, actos difamatorios contra funcionarios p\u00fablicos y desinformaci\u00f3n respecto al contenido y los objetivos del PRR, promovida por algunos sectores interesados en frenar su implementaci\u00f3n. Estas acciones, sumadas a cuestionamientos a la vigencia de la Ordenanza Municipal N.\u00ba 019-2022-CM-MPA, generaron dudas en la poblaci\u00f3n y fortalecieron la resistencia de ciertos transportistas, quienes tambi\u00e9n interpusieron acciones legales para evitar la aplicaci\u00f3n del plan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>A pesar de estas dificultades, los beneficios del PRR comienzan a evidenciarse. Ocho (08) empresas de transporte, incluida la L\u00ednea 1, han sido autorizadas de manera extraordinaria hasta mayo de 2025, y han incorporado veh\u00edculos modernos de la categor\u00eda M3 a sus flotas, mejorando notablemente la calidad del servicio. Asimismo, el PRR ha permitido identificar problemas estructurales como la falta de un Plan de Desarrollo Urbano actualizado, la ausencia de paraderos adecuados y el congestionamiento de calles debido a veh\u00edculos estacionados.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Gracias a estos esfuerzos el impacto positivo, tambi\u00e9n se refleja en el incremento de la fiscalizaci\u00f3n sobre el cumplimiento de rutas, frecuencias y horarios, lo que garantiza un servicio m\u00e1s eficiente y ordenado para los usuarios. La MPA reafirma su compromiso con la culminaci\u00f3n de este proyecto y con la construcci\u00f3n de un sistema de transporte p\u00fablico moderno que responda a las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n y promueva el desarrollo urbano sostenible.<\/div>\n
