\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>Bajo el liderazgo del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) contin\u00faa consolid\u00e1ndose como una de las gestiones m\u00e1s eficientes en la regi\u00f3n, gracias al destacado desempe\u00f1o en la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestal de proyectos de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica. De acuerdo con los \u00faltimos reportes de la plataforma \u201cConsulta Amigable\u201d del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) al 31 de diciembre, la MPA registra un sobresaliente avance del 93.9%, posicion\u00e1ndose como l\u00edder en la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestal en la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>Durante el a\u00f1o 2024, la gesti\u00f3n municipal enfrent\u00f3 importantes retos financieros, como la reducci\u00f3n del FONCOMUN y las liquidaciones de obras heredadas desde 2010. A pesar de estas dificultades, se logr\u00f3 ejecutar m\u00e1s de 30 proyectos clave, beneficiando directamente a la poblaci\u00f3n y generando m\u00e1s de 5,000 empleos directos e indirectos para m\u00e1s apurime\u00f1os.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>De un Presupuesto Institucional Modificado (PIM) de S\/. 23,924,617, la MPA logr\u00f3 comprometer el 89.8% de estos recursos y devengar m\u00e1s de S\/. 21,494,708, lo que representa una ejecuci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que optimiza cada sol destinado a los PIP. Adem\u00e1s, se certificaron S\/. 23,537,814, asegurando la disponibilidad de fondos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos asumidos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>No obstante, en el \u00e1mbito regional, Abancay lidera el ranking, superando a municipalidades como Andahuaylas (90.5%), Antabamba (82.4%) y Grau (81.1%). En contraste, Aymaraes ocupa el \u00faltimo lugar con un preocupante 23.3% de avance, evidenciando marcadas diferencias en la eficiencia de las gestiones municipales en Apur\u00edmac.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>Estos resultados reflejan el arduo trabajo, la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y el compromiso de la actual administraci\u00f3n para garantizar el bienestar de los habitantes de Abancay. Cada sol invertido se ha traducido en obras de impacto social y econ\u00f3mico, fortaleciendo la infraestructura, mejorando la calidad de vida y reafirmando la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
