\"\u2705\"<\/span>En un encuentro clave para el desarrollo urbano y el fortalecimiento patrimonial de Abancay, el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez recibi\u00f3 en su despacho al ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Dr. Eduardo Arana Ysa, y al superintendente nacional de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros P\u00fablicos (Sunarp), Dr. Armando Subauste Bracesco. La mesa t\u00e9cnica tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Dr. Renzo Ortiz D\u00edaz, jefe zonal de la Zona Registral, as\u00ed como de funcionarios de la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), entre ellos el gerente municipal, Mvz. Renzo Bustinza C\u00e1rdenas; el director de la Oficina de Administraci\u00f3n, Ing. Tony Yupanqui Pozo; el gerente de Acondicionamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, Ing. Joel Quispe Cervantes; y el subgerente de Desarrollo Urbano, Edwin Andrade Choquenaira.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El objetivo central de la reuni\u00f3n fue elevar las solicitudes de la MPA en relaci\u00f3n con la recuperaci\u00f3n y el saneamiento f\u00edsico legal de diversos terrenos municipales en favor de la poblaci\u00f3n. En este contexto, el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de establecer un trabajo articulado con el MINJUSDH y la SUNARP para avanzar en la titulaci\u00f3n de predios que han sido invadidos o que presentan dificultades legales para su formalizaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>En ese entender. el ministro Eduardo Arana Ysa destac\u00f3 la importancia de garantizar el derecho a la propiedad como un pilar fundamental para el desarrollo de las ciudades y la dignidad de los ciudadanos. \u201cA trav\u00e9s del ministerio hemos realizado un estudio que revela que el 70% de las propiedades en el Per\u00fa se encuentran en situaci\u00f3n de informalidad. Es prioritario que toda la poblaci\u00f3n tenga acceso a un t\u00edtulo de propiedad formal. Para ello, estamos coordinando con las municipalidades para resolver estos problemas con voluntad pol\u00edtica y recursos\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>Por su parte, el gerente municipal de la MPA, Renzo Bustinza, inform\u00f3 que la comuna tiene en proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n y saneamiento f\u00edsico legal un total de 27 predios municipales. \u201cNuestra meta es disponer de estos terrenos para mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos. Para ello, requerimos el apoyo y acompa\u00f1amiento del Ministerio de Justicia y de la Sunarp\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Otro de los puntos abordados en la reuni\u00f3n fue la modificaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda ubicada en los alrededores de los terrenos del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario (INPE) en Abancay (futuro centro penitenciario), los cuales colindan con el Mercado Mayorista y el parque automotor de la ciudad. En este sentido, a petici\u00f3n del alcalde se acord\u00f3 una coordinaci\u00f3n con el \u00e1rea de infraestructura del INPE y Catastro de la MPA para definir la mejor alternativa que permita optimizar la accesibilidad y el uso del espacio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>Asimismo, el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a reiter\u00f3 su solicitud para que el terreno del penal de San Ildefonso, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, sea transferido a la comuna local con el fin de desarrollar un proyecto de infraestructura de gran impacto para la ciudadan\u00eda, como la construcci\u00f3n de un centro c\u00edvico. \u201cAbancay enfrenta una avalancha de terrenos por recuperar, y necesitamos avanzar en un proceso de saneamiento ordenado. Queremos patrimonializar nuestros bienes, pero esto requiere un trabajo t\u00e9cnico y legal riguroso\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El superintendente de Sunarp, Armando Subauste Bracesco, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de estas mesas de trabajo para fortalecer los v\u00ednculos de coordinaci\u00f3n entre el Gobierno Central y las municipalidades. \u201cEstamos cumpliendo con el reto de acercarnos a las autoridades locales y atender sus demandas con celeridad\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La reuni\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 con el compromiso de continuar con el acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico y legal para avanzar en la recuperaci\u00f3n de terrenos municipales y garantizar su uso en proyectos que beneficien a la poblaci\u00f3n. Desde la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay se reafirm\u00f3 la voluntad de seguir impulsando una gesti\u00f3n eficiente del suelo urbano, asegurando que cada predio recupere su valor y funci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de la ciudad.<\/div>\n
