\"\u2705\"<\/span>En el marco del Plan de Seguridad Ciudadana y en respuesta a recientes hechos delictivos, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa (PNP) y las instituciones que conforman el Comit\u00e9 Provincial de Seguridad Ciudadana (COPROSEC ABANCAY), realiz\u00f3 un operativo inopinado de fiscalizaci\u00f3n comenzando en la avenida Arenas y otros sectores de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El despliegue cont\u00f3 con la presencia del alcalde de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez; el prefecto regional, Edwin Carpio Challque, el general PNP Edson Cerr\u00f3n Lazo, jefe del Frente Policial de Apur\u00edmac; Dr. Jorge Artemio Solano Reinoso, representante de la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo, entre otras autoridades, y un equipo multisectorial de la municipalidad, asegurando una intervenci\u00f3n integral exitosa.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante el operativo, se verific\u00f3 el cumplimiento de la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 023-2024-MPA, que regula el horario de funcionamiento de bares, cantinas, discotecas, karaokes y establecimientos similares, estableciendo la denominada \u201chora zanahoria\u201d, que obliga el cierre de estos locales a la 1:00 de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Se identific\u00f3 que varios establecimientos operaban de manera irregular, sin licencias vigentes ni medidas de seguridad adecuadas, por lo que se procedi\u00f3 a su clausura inmediata. Adem\u00e1s, se intervinieron a personas, verificando su identidad y antecedentes, como parte de las acciones preventivas para evitar la proliferaci\u00f3n de delitos en la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez destac\u00f3 que estos operativos ser\u00e1n permanentes y forman parte de una estrategia integral para ordenar la vida nocturna en Abancay. \u00abNo podemos permitir que la diversi\u00f3n ponga en riesgo la seguridad de nuestros ciudadanos. Estos espacios no pueden convertirse en focos de violencia, delincuencia o consumo irresponsable de alcohol\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Adem\u00e1s, anunci\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n de operativos de control de tr\u00e1nsito en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos, para evitar que conductores manejen en estado de ebriedad y pongan en riesgo su vida y la de otros ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Como parte de su plan de ordenamiento urbano y seguridad ciudadana, el burgomaestre Abanquino adelant\u00f3 que la municipalidad est\u00e1 trabajando en la habilitaci\u00f3n de bulevares espec\u00edficos para la recreaci\u00f3n nocturna, con espacios regulados, seguros y con control municipal. \u00abNuestro objetivo no es eliminar la vida nocturna, sino ofrecer alternativas seguras para el esparcimiento, sin que esto afecte el orden ni la tranquilidad de los vecinos\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Con estas acciones, la MPA reafirma su compromiso con la seguridad y el bienestar de la ciudadan\u00eda, trabajando de manera articulada con la Polic\u00eda Nacional y otras autoridades para garantizar una convivencia segura en la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
