\"\u2705\"<\/span>Ayer por la noche, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA)encabezado por la regidora Astrid Huam\u00e1n Montes, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad Ciudadana, llev\u00f3 a cabo operativos inopinados de fiscalizaci\u00f3n en la avenida Arenas, El\u00edas y dem\u00e1s avenidas y calles del centro de la ciudad y alrededores, reforzando el compromiso de la actual gesti\u00f3n municipal en garantizar la seguridad y tranquilidad de toda la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Los operativos, realizados por la Brigada Municipal de Control y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n (BRISCOF), respaldados por el COPROSEC Abancay y en cumplimiento con la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 023-2024-MPA, supervisaron el acatamiento del horario de funcionamiento de los locales nocturnos, establecido hasta la 1:00 de la ma\u00f1ana, (conocido como \u201cHora Zanahoria\u201d), as\u00ed como la verificaci\u00f3n de licencias de funcionamiento, certificados de Inspecci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Seguridad en Edificaciones (ITSE), Certificado de Inspecci\u00f3n sanitaria, entre otras disposiciones seg\u00fan la normativa legal vigente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante la madrugada de hoy, se detectaron establecimientos que operaban de manera clandestina, lo que motiv\u00f3 el cierre inmediato de dichos locales. Entre los establecimientos intervenidos estuvieron: la cancha deportiva Ochoa, la Quinta Sol y Arenas, el local Milenio y la discoteca La Zona por incumplimiento del horario. En este \u00faltimo, se encontr\u00f3 a tres menores de edad y bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas adulteradas, procedi\u00e9ndose al decomiso correspondiente. Esta intervenci\u00f3n evidencia no solo el incumplimiento de la normativa municipal, sino tambi\u00e9n una vulneraci\u00f3n a los derechos de los menores, lo que llev\u00f3 a iniciar los procedimientos administrativos y coordinar con las instancias competentes para aplicar sanciones ejemplares.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El equipo de fiscalizaci\u00f3n estuvo encabezado por la regidora Astrid Huam\u00e1n Montes, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad Ciudadana, junto a la Subgerencia de Seguridad Ciudadana, el cuerpo de Serenazgo, Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Comercializaci\u00f3n y Vigilancia Sanitaria de la MPA, con el respaldo de efectivos de la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa (PNP). Esta acci\u00f3n refleja el esfuerzo conjunto de las autoridades locales para hacer cumplir la normativa y velar por el bienestar de los vecinos de Abancay.<\/div>\n
La MPA exhorta a los propietarios de locales nocturnos a cumplir con la normativa vigente y anuncia que la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay continuar\u00e1 con estos operativos para garantizar el respeto de las normas y la tranquilidad de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
