\"\u2705\"<\/span>Con el firme compromiso de garantizar el orden y la seguridad en la ciudad, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) realizo\u0301 un operativo inopinado en el centro poblado Las Am\u00e9ricas durante la madrugada de hoy, interviniendo de manera integral los espacios p\u00fablicos utilizados para actividades comerciales en las avenidas Argentina Bolivia, Hait\u00ed, entre otros.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>La accio\u0301n fue liderada por la Subgerencia de Comercializaci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n Empresarial de la Gerencia de Comunidades Campesinas y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Subgerencia de Seguridad Ciudadana, Gerencia de transporte P\u00fablico, cuerpo de Serenazgo, Polic\u00eda Municipal y Subgerencia de Salubridad y Salud. El operativo tuvo como objetivo principal liberar las v\u00edas p\u00fablicas, reordenar el tr\u00e1nsito peatonal y vehicular, y fiscalizar el comercio formal e informal que ocupa las calles de la zona, bajo el principio de Autoridad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>La intervencio\u0301n se realiz\u00f3\u0301 en cumplimiento de la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 001-2025-CM-MPA, que restituye a la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay las competencias administrativas sobre Las Am\u00e9ricas, derogando en parte la anterior Ordenanza N\u00b0 001-2021. En ese marco, se fiscalizaron licencias de funcionamiento, se control\u00f3\u0301 el peso de balanzas comerciales y se verifico\u0301 el estado de los productos ofertados al p\u00fablico. Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, se decomisaron productos en mal estado y se retiraron carteles que obstaculizaban la libre circulaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Asimismo, se inform\u00f3\u0301 a los comerciantes que, en adelante, la MPA ser\u00e1 la \u00fanica entidad autorizada para realizar cobros por el uso de espacios p\u00fablicos, descartando cualquier recaudaci\u00f3n por parte de la Municipalidad de Las Am\u00e9ricas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Cabe destacar que la MPA, semanas previas al operativo, realizo\u0301 campan\u0303as de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y exhortaci\u00f3n dirigidas a comerciantes formales e informales, a fin de promover el respeto a las normativas municipales y evitar sanciones.<\/div>\n
