\"\u2705\"<\/span> En un encuentro con la comunidad de Juan Velasco Alvarado, el alcalde provincial de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de su gesti\u00f3n con la construcci\u00f3n de la Planta de Tratamiento de Residuos S\u00f3lidos en la localidad de Saywapampa \u2013 Karkatera. Este proyecto forma parte del denominado \u00abMejoramiento y Ampliaci\u00f3n de la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos S\u00f3lidos Municipales en la ciudad de Abancay\u00bb (CUI: 2162888), una iniciativa de gran envergadura que ya cuenta con respaldo del Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM) y cuya fase de elaboraci\u00f3n del expediente t\u00e9cnico est\u00e1 en marcha.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> El terreno, con una extensi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 24 hect\u00e1reas y cedido mediante un contrato de \u00abcesi\u00f3n en uso\u00bb, cumple con los requisitos establecidos por el MINAM. Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con la licencia social ratificada por la misma comunidad, garantizando su funcionamiento por un periodo indefinido y beneficiando a toda la poblaci\u00f3n de Abancay. Este proyecto mitigar\u00e1 el impacto ambiental tras una espera de m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> Entre los componentes clave de esta infraestructura destacan: una balanza para medir la cantidad de residuos recibidos diariamente, una planta de valorizaci\u00f3n de residuos org\u00e1nicos para la producci\u00f3n de compost, un centro de acopio de residuos inorg\u00e1nicos para su comercializaci\u00f3n con recicladores formalizados, una zona de disposici\u00f3n final para residuos no aprovechables y un sistema de tratamiento de lixiviados que permitir\u00e1 reutilizar las aguas tratadas para riego interno de v\u00edas y parques.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> Durante el encuentro, el burgomaestre tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 el ambicioso proyecto de riego \u00abTASTA II: Mejoramiento del servicio de provisi\u00f3n de agua para riego en los anexos de Karkatera, Facchacpata, Ccacsa y Trujipata\u00bb (CUI: 2570519). Esta iniciativa ser\u00e1 ejecutada a trav\u00e9s del Programa Sierra Azul del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (MIDAGRI), que se encargar\u00e1 de su evaluaci\u00f3n y financiamiento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> El alcalde explic\u00f3 que, dentro del MIDAGRI, existen diversos programas, entre ellos el Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones (PSI); sin embargo, en este caso, el proyecto est\u00e1 enmarcado dentro del Programa Sierra Azul. Asimismo, precis\u00f3 que el expediente t\u00e9cnico ser\u00e1 elaborado pr\u00f3ximamente y que la iniciativa compite con otros proyectos a nivel nacional. Por ello, enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de subsanar todas las observaciones antes de mayo, a fin de agilizar el proceso y asegurar la asignaci\u00f3n presupuestal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> El proyecto contempla la instalaci\u00f3n de un canal de 18.56 km, sifones estrat\u00e9gicos para una distribuci\u00f3n eficiente del recurso h\u00eddrico, diez reservorios de concreto cicl\u00f3peo para almacenamiento y un sistema de riego por aspersi\u00f3n con tecnolog\u00eda avanzada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> \u00abEste proyecto es clave para el desarrollo agr\u00edcola de la regi\u00f3n, permitiendo que 160 hect\u00e1reas de tierras que antes no contaban con riego puedan ser cultivadas de manera sostenible\u00bb, sostuvo el alcalde. \u00abEl presupuesto no es arbitrario; se calcula en funci\u00f3n de la demanda de agua y la extensi\u00f3n de terreno a irrigar. Conforme a los lineamientos del programa, el costo m\u00e1ximo permitido es de S\/. 60,000 soles por hect\u00e1rea, por lo que el monto total asciende a aproximadamente S\/. 9.57 millones de soles\u00bb.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> Finalmente, el burgomaestre inform\u00f3 que ha gestionado la designaci\u00f3n de un evaluador para evitar retrasos y que el proyecto avance dentro de la competencia nacional por los recursos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> Ambos megaproyectos representan un avance significativo en la modernizaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n ambiental y agr\u00edcola de Abancay, alineados con una visi\u00f3n de desarrollo sostenible que beneficie a las futuras generaciones.<\/div>\n
