\"\u2705\"<\/span>Con el mismo compromiso de siempre, continuamos con las labores de mantenimiento urbano, esta vez interviniendo de manera intensiva los jardines laterales de la Av. Panam\u00e1, una de las principales v\u00edas de la ciudad. Estos espacios, ubicados en los extremos de la calzada, est\u00e1n siendo objeto de limpieza, nivelaci\u00f3n y acondicionamiento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Los trabajos ejecutados por la Oficina de mantenimiento y la Subgerencia de Medio Ambiente comprenden la eliminaci\u00f3n de maleza, el retiro de tierra acumulada y residuos org\u00e1nicos, as\u00ed como el perfilado y nivelaci\u00f3n del terreno para garantizar un drenaje eficiente durante la temporada de lluvias. Estas acciones buscan prevenir la obstrucci\u00f3n y evitar que el agua se desborde hacia la v\u00eda, lo que podr\u00eda generar da\u00f1os en el pavimento y poner en riesgo la seguridad vial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Asimismo, este mantenimiento favorece la recuperaci\u00f3n del entorno urbano, mejorando la imagen paisaj\u00edstica y permitiendo que estos espacios puedan ser posteriormente sembrados o tratados para uso ornamental por los vecinos en esta parte de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
