\"\u2705\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), a trav\u00e9s de la Subgerencia de Catastro y en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Gerencia de Desarrollo Urbano, otorg\u00f3 oficialmente el reconocimiento de v\u00edas p\u00fablicas a la Asociaci\u00f3n de Vivienda Santa Rosa II Etapa, ubicada en el sector Molinopata Baja, margen izquierda de la V\u00eda de Evitamiento. Este importante paso, esperado por m\u00e1s de 18 a\u00f1os, fue posible gracias a la firme decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica del alcalde provincial Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, quien viene priorizando la atenci\u00f3n de los sectores hist\u00f3ricamente olvidados.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La ceremonia de entrega se desarroll\u00f3 el pasado domingo 06 de abril en presencia de vecinos, dirigentes y autoridades locales. El primer regidor Jos\u00e9 Miranda Espinoza, en representaci\u00f3n del alcalde provincial, encabez\u00f3 el acto protocolar, acompa\u00f1ado por el regidor Marcelino Montes Aguilar; el Ing. Marco Gamarra, representante del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcci\u00f3n y Saneamiento; funcionarios de la EPS EMUSAP Abancay; y el presidente de la asociaci\u00f3n beneficiaria, Rodrigo Flores Silvestre.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el primer regidor resalt\u00f3 que este reconocimiento y aprobaci\u00f3n mediante Resoluci\u00f3n de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano N.\u00ba 034-2025-GATDU-MPA, marca un hito en el proceso de formalizaci\u00f3n urbana de la ciudad, ya que permitir\u00e1 canalizar proyectos prioritarios como el saneamiento b\u00e1sico, la implementaci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos y el acceso a programas del Estado. Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que este logro no hubiese sido posible sin el compromiso de la actual gesti\u00f3n edil, que dispuso la atenci\u00f3n inmediata del expediente t\u00e9cnico luego de a\u00f1os de frustraciones administrativas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Por su parte, los vecinos y dirigentes expresaron su agradecimiento a la autoridad edil por haber hecho realidad un anhelo largamente esperado. \u201cNos sentimos por fin visibles ante el Estado. Este reconocimiento nos abre las puertas a vivir con dignidad, con agua, desag\u00fce y luz. Gracias al alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a por no dejarnos de lado\u201d, sostuvo Rodrigo Flores, presidente de la asociaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El reconocimiento de manzanas y v\u00edas p\u00fablicas constituye una herramienta t\u00e9cnica indispensable para la planificaci\u00f3n urbana, ya que permite regularizar la situaci\u00f3n de los lotes y habilitar la implementaci\u00f3n de infraestructura b\u00e1sica. En ese sentido, la Subgerencia de Catastro viene trabajando intensamente para atender m\u00e1s solicitudes similares en distintos sectores de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La MPA reafirma as\u00ed su compromiso con el desarrollo ordenado, equitativo y sostenible de la ciudad, acercando el Estado a los pueblos y consolidando la inclusi\u00f3n social mediante decisiones pol\u00edticas firmes que impactan directamente en la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
