Con apoyo de C\u00c1RITAS Abancay, INDECI y el SERNANP, la Municipalidad de Abancay culmina formaci\u00f3n de brigadistas comunitarios para enfrentar incendios forestales y otras emergencias en zonas rurales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Con el compromiso firme de proteger a la poblaci\u00f3n y los ecosistemas frente a los incendios forestales, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) liderada por el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez en articulaci\u00f3n con C\u00c1RITAS Abancay, INDECI y SERNANP, clausur\u00f3 el proceso de formaci\u00f3n de 22 Vig\u00edas Multipeligro comunitarios, quienes ahora est\u00e1n preparados para actuar de forma voluntaria y organizada ante emergencias.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Este cierre de capacitaci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 en el marco de la \u201cRehabilitaci\u00f3n de medios de vida afectados por los incendios forestales suscitados en los sectores rurales de Abancay e Ihuayo en Apur\u00edmac\u201d, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de representantes comunales de m\u00e1s de 20 sectores altoandinos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Los vig\u00edas fueron capacitados bajo un enfoque t\u00e9cnico y pr\u00e1ctico durante (04) m\u00f3dulos formativos dictados entre diciembre del 2024 y abril del 2025 por especialistas del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (INDECI) y el Servicio Nacional de \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas por el Estado (SERNANP).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>Entre los contenidos desarrollados destacan; la elaboraci\u00f3n de mapas comunitarios de riesgo, planes de acci\u00f3n, roles del brigadista voluntario, comportamiento y mec\u00e1nica del fuego, y la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas de alerta temprana. Esta formaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del Ing. Derric Boza Carbonelli y la Ing. Tatiana Condori L\u00f3pez por parte de INDECI, as\u00ed como del bi\u00f3logo Jaime Valenzuela Trujillo del SERNANP. Adem\u00e1s, se cont\u00f3 con el soporte t\u00e9cnico de la Ing. Ivett Palomino Nina de C\u00c1RITAS Abancay.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La ceremonia de clausura estuvo presidida por el alcalde encargado de Abancay, Jos\u00e9 Miranda Espinoza, junto a la regidora Astrid Huam\u00e1n Montes, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad Ciudadana, Defensa Civil y Participaci\u00f3n Vecinal de la MPA. Tambi\u00e9n participaron el Ing. David Pagaza Castillo, representante de C\u00c1RITAS Abancay. Adem\u00e1s de las (17) delegaciones que se suman a esta red de vigilancia de las distintas comunidades como: Huayllabamba, Huarmipampa, Trujipata Baja, Moyocorral alta, Karkatera, Facchacpata, Atumpata Alta, Chupapata, LLa\u00f1ucancha, Asillo, Ayaorcco, Condado, Ccolla, Yurampata, Quisapata, Caccsa y Puruchacca.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Esta iniciativa no solo fortalece las capacidades locales de respuesta ante incendios forestales, sino que tambi\u00e9n promueve la organizaci\u00f3n vecinal y el liderazgo ambiental desde las propias comunidades.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
