\"\"<\/span>Con el firme compromiso de ordenar el crecimiento urbano y garantizar la seguridad de las edificaciones, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Catastro de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, viene realizando fiscalizaci\u00f3n en distintos sectores de la ciudad, a fin de verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de construcci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span> Se realizaron dos intervenciones importantes. La primera tuvo lugar en la intersecci\u00f3n del Jr. Jun\u00edn con la Av. D\u00edaz B\u00e1rcenas, donde se detect\u00f3 una edificaci\u00f3n que exced\u00eda los par\u00e1metros permitidos, espec\u00edficamente por la construcci\u00f3n de voladizos fuera del l\u00edmite autorizado. El propietario ya hab\u00eda sido notificado previamente y, tras el plazo de 24 horas otorgado para subsanar la falta, procedi\u00f3 a la demolici\u00f3n del exceso, acatando las disposiciones municipales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>La segunda intervenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el barrio Costa Verde, a la altura del Hospital II de EsSalud, donde se constat\u00f3 que el propietario hab\u00eda invadido parte de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica con su construcci\u00f3n. Si bien fue notificado anteriormente, en esta ocasi\u00f3n se verific\u00f3 que dispuso la rectificaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea intervenida, ajust\u00e1ndose a los l\u00edmites establecidos por el plan urban\u00edstico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\ufe0f\"<\/span>La MPA continuar\u00e1 intensificando la fiscalizaci\u00f3n en diferentes sectores de la ciudad, por lo que recuerda a los propietarios de edificaciones informarse y respetar las normas vigentes, ya que el incumplimiento puede derivar en sanciones, paralizaci\u00f3n de obras e incluso demoliciones – Ley. N.\u00ba 29090 (Ley de Regulaci\u00f3n de Habilitaciones Urbanas y de Edificaciones).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
