\"\u2705\"<\/span>En un acto sin precedentes en materia de cooperaci\u00f3n institucional, los alcaldes Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez (Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay) y Ra\u00fal Silva Campos (Municipalidad Distrital de Tamburco), suscribieron el Convenio de Cooperaci\u00f3n Interinstitucional \u201cSerenazgo Municipal sin Fronteras\u201d, una iniciativa que marcar\u00e1 un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la lucha contra la inseguridad ciudadana en nuestra ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El objetivo central del convenio es implementar un sistema articulado de vigilancia interdistrital, eliminando barreras territoriales entre ambas jurisdicciones para ejecutar patrullajes conjuntos, operativos de gran magnitud e intervenciones articuladas que garanticen una respuesta m\u00e1s eficiente y eficaz ante cualquier situaci\u00f3n que amenace la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Este acuerdo contempla una serie de acciones coordinadas que incluyen: el intercambio de buenas pr\u00e1cticas, capacitaciones conjuntas al personal de serenazgo, y el despliegue de unidades m\u00f3viles (camionetas y motocicletas) con personal debidamente uniformado y equipado, con el prop\u00f3sito de reducir significativamente los \u00edndices de delincuencia, violencia urbana y alteraciones al orden p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Asimismo, se establece el uso de planes operativos y dispositivos de servicio elaborados por los responsables de seguridad de ambas municipalidades, con la activa participaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Provincial (COPROSEC) y el Comit\u00e9 Distrital de Seguridad Ciudadana (CODISEC), junto a la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa, el Ministerio P\u00fablico y las Juntas Vecinales, generando un verdadero trabajo multisectorial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Una de las estrategias clave ser\u00e1 la integraci\u00f3n con el Plan Cerco de la PNP, que permitir\u00e1 cerrar rutas de escape en casos de persecuci\u00f3n delictiva, asegurando una intervenci\u00f3n inmediata y efectiva, gracias a un sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n interinstitucional en tiempo real.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Entre los compromisos asumidos tambi\u00e9n destacan la erradicaci\u00f3n del consumo de alcohol en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, el control de horarios de funcionamiento de bares y discotecas, y el apoyo en la identificaci\u00f3n de personas y veh\u00edculos en espacios p\u00fablicos, acciones que buscan garantizar la sana convivencia y prevenir hechos delictivos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Este evento trascendental fue acompa\u00f1ado por la ceremonia de izamiento del pabell\u00f3n nacional y un desfile conmemorativo por el Aniversario del Serenazgo Municipal, que cont\u00f3 con la presencia de altos mandos de la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa (PNP), encabezados por el general PNP Edson Cerr\u00f3n Lazo jefe del Frente Policial de Apur\u00edmac y el coronel Hanner Horna Paz, jefe de la Divisi\u00f3n de Orden P\u00fablico y Seguridad (DIVOPUS) y otras autoridades locales, rindiendo homenaje a quienes trabajan d\u00eda y noche por la seguridad de todos los ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La MPA reafirma as\u00ed su compromiso con el bienestar de su gente, apostando por la unidad, la prevenci\u00f3n y la acci\u00f3n conjunta como pilares fundamentales de una ciudad m\u00e1s segura y organizada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
