\"\u2705\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), reafirmando su compromiso con la seguridad y el orden p\u00fablico, viene intensificando los operativos inopinados a establecimientos nocturnos que funcionan al margen de la ley. El \u00faltimo fin de semana, en un operativo conjunto realizado en la madrugada, se intervinieron varios locales clandestinos ubicados en las avenidas Canad\u00e1, Rep. de Chile, Alfonso Ugarte y el Cp. Villa Ampay los cuales operaban sin licencia de funcionamiento ni condiciones m\u00ednimas de salubridad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El operativo estuvo a cargo de un equipo conformado por la Subgerencia de Comercializaci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n Empresarial, la Subgerencia de Salubridad y Salud, Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Tributaria, Serenazgo y el personal de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Comercial. Durante la intervenci\u00f3n, se constat\u00f3 que los locales intervenidos infring\u00edan diversas normas municipales, entre ellas la Ordenanza Municipal N.\u00ba 07-2019-CM-MPA y la Ordenanza N\u00b0 022-2024-MPA, que regula el otorgamiento de licencias de funcionamiento conforme a la Ley Marco N.\u00ba 28976.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span>Al interior de los establecimientos, se detectaron diversas irregularidades, entre ellas: la comercializaci\u00f3n de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas de contrabando y con fecha de vencimiento expirada, ambientes en condiciones insalubres, y productos no aptos para el consumo, no obstante, algunos locales sin licencia de funcionamiento. Asimismo, se identific\u00f3 la presencia de personas en aparente estado de ebriedad, entre ellas posibles menores de edad, lo que agrava la situaci\u00f3n detectada.<\/div>\n
La intervenci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 aplicar las sanciones correspondientes seg\u00fan el cuadro de infracciones y advertir sobre la existencia de potenciales actividades que pueden poner en peligro la integridad de los ciudadanos, que frecuentan estos espacios sin saber los riesgos a los que se exponen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
